Upgrades

How to order your OZtopo upgrade:

OZtopo upgrades are available from all previous versions. Some V3 customers may be eligible for a no cost upgrade to V4 depending on the date of purchase of V3. Please follow these instructions otherwise delays will occur.

As part of the V4 upgrade we included a DVD and well as your updated mSD card.

DO NOT RETURN your SD OR mSD CARD IN AN ORDINARY ENVELOPE. THE CARD WILL GET DESTROYED IN AUSTRALIA POST'S SORTING MACHINE. PLEASE USE A PADDED BAG OR SIMILAR.

For all V4 upgrades:

	Copy of the original receipt if possible
	GPS model
	Your preferred operating system, PC (Windows) or MAC
	post only to: GPSOZ - OZtopo upgrade PO Box 781 Mona Vale 1660 or come to our office.

V1 customers: $99 plus $8 registered post.

V2 customers:

$99 plus $8 registered post.

	V2 Serial number
	originally supplied SD or mSD card - non original or damaged cards will incur an additional fee.

V3 customers:

$99 plus $8 registered post. Purchased before 1-Dec-2011
$0 if purchased on or after 1-Dec-2011

Please also include

	V3 Serial number
	originally supplied SD or mSD card - non original or damaged cards will incur an additional fee. These cards MUST have the GPSOZ security seal intact
	DVD or USB card with serial number intact.

Upgrades to larger cards are available: (SD or mSD).

to 4GB card - add $15
to 8GB card - add $25
to 16GB card -add $45

Please specify at time of order. Your old V2 or V3 card must still be returned.

Why do we ask for your mSD card back?
As part of the audit process for our data suppliers, we must provide proof that you have surrendered your V2 or V3 copy. The easiest way to do this is for you to send in your V2 or V3 card. This keeps everybody happy!
