Downgrading Oregon, Dakota & Colorado Firmware
only applies to OZtopo V2
we recommend upgrading to OZtopo V3

NOTE: This procedure will erase your waypoints, track logs and routes. Please copy these to you PC before proceeding.

Step 1) - Connect your GPS to your PC via the supplied USB cable in USB mode

Step 2) - download the correct firmware for your GPS:
                        Oregon 200, 300, 400c, 400t from here
                        Oregon 450, 450t, 550 from here
                        Dakota 10/20 from here
                        Colorado 300 from here
                        Colorado 400c from here
                        Colorado 400t from here
                        Colorado 400i from here
                        Zumo 660 from here

Step 3) Oregon/Dakota - Unzip the downloaded file, and copy the contents (single file, gupdate.gcd file) to the \garmin folder on the Oregon/Dakota

Step 3) Colorado/Zumo - Run the downloaded file. It will automatically copy the update to your Colorado

Step 4) - Disconnect your  GPS and turn it on. You will receive a warning message saying your installing an older version of Software. Select yes. When finished check to make sure maps are now unlocked.
